At Spray Plant 2K Ltd we’re really excited to announce our involvement in the proto-typing and development of the world’s first All Electric XP Plural Component Sprayer, from Graco.

The Electric Plural Component machine combines Electric King motors with a Graco XP, to produce a spray machine a range of benefits:

• By using an electric motor to drive the pumps it means there is no need to run a compressor, saving up to 80% on energy costs, when compared to an air operated sprayer.
• The electric motor is far quieter than the King air motor. A reduction in noise pollution means it’s ideal for sites that are near residential areas, or for improving working conditions for employees.
• Because it is electric it eliminates the risk of motor icing.
• Due to low pulsation, the All Electric XP Plural Component sprayer also provides a consistent spray pattern.

These units can be used for protective coatings. The All Electric XP Plural component sprayer is currently being used at Stop Fire Ltd to spray Sherwin Williams FX6002. The unit is supporting two guns. They have commented how quiet the machine is and how consistent the spray pattern is.
