Polyurea Spray Machines
Spray Plant 2K supply a range of polyurea spray machines to suit a wide range of applications and projects, including a range of Graco Reactor units. Polyurea is much more advanced compared to other available coating systems. It has several advantages including abrasion resistance, energy efficiency, and fire & waterproof properties. Spraying is one of the most precise, efficient, and effective methods of applying polyurea coatings.
Polyurea machines are useful for applying coatings to serve a wide range of industries and purposes, including for pipelines, tank coatings, marine and oil/gas applications. It is resistant to weather conditions and can withstand the pressures of different temperatures, making it suitable for outdoor use.

The Graco Reactor E-XP2, suitable for Polyurea coatings.
The Reactor 2 E-XP2 provides improved spraying performance due to its various software and hardware enhancements. This is a bare unit, with no hose or gun included.
The Graco Reactor EXP2 for polyurea has several industrial and commercial applications, including:
-Concrete joint filling
-Portable water tanks
-Adhesives and caulks
-Marine and shipbuilding
For further information, see the product video for the Reactor machine below.
The Graco E-10 HP Reactor is an affordable high-pressure coating unit. It’s great for small to medium-sized projects and allows you to grow your business with polyurea applications.
- Handles pure and hybrid polyurea coatings
- High-pressure proportioner
- Runs on residential power
- High-pressure output, providing the power and performance required for high-quality polyurea coatings
- Lightweight and portable
- Saves time; ready to spray in a fraction of the time, compared to over an hour start-up time on a standard Reactor E-10.
- Saves money; runs on residential power so you don’t need to invest in a generator
The boost heat uses the extra available power from the motor circuit when the machine is recirculating and applies that extra power to additional heater rods. This means that during recirculation mode, you have additional total heater amperage for faster material heating.
